01Add a file

A document, a scan or photographs.

02Choose a task

One action or a saved workflow.

03Review the result

Preview the output; keep the original.

DOC369

Everything you need.
One workspace.

The full project scope. The features below are in development; each is verified against test files before being marked ready.

01

Create and convert

PDF and Word, photo documents, Excel tables, templates, voice input and translation.

02

Scan and edit

Russian, Hebrew and English OCR. Pages, forms, signatures, passwords, watermarks and compression.

03

Keep and find

Folders, search, versions, backups, family documents, receipts, warranties and important dates.

04

Automate recurring work

Reusable rules, batch processing, client packages, reports and reminders.

05

Organize email

Search authorized mailboxes, sort messages, manage spam, and save independent document and photo copies.

06

Review and stay in control

Uncertain amounts and dates need review. Separate originals and results, an activity log and undo.

Less repetition.
More clarity.

Choose a task and DOC369 runs a sequence of actions. Set up a rule once for your recurring work.

An example of a planned rule

New receipt → recognize → name → save to Purchases → include in a report

Save first. Process next.

The design preserves originals and verifies saved copies. An email rule must not archive a message when its attachments could not be saved.

How to use DOC369

Practical steps for the current test build. Full release readiness has not been declared; Windows execution and external integrations require separate acceptance.

1. Unpack and start Windows

Extract the entire DOC369-Windows-x64.zip folder and open DOC369.exe. Keep the executable with its dependencies. OCR, translation, speech models and LibreOffice are included.

Create a local account with a password of at least 10 characters. Run Run-tests.cmd and the Windows checklist before using working files. Microsoft Word is not required; publisher signing is still pending.

2. Add a file and choose a task

Add files, select a document and open Tools. Create PDF and Word files, fill five templates, combine photos, change pages or fill a form.

Open the result, review its pages, numbers and image quality, then save a copy. The original remains available in version history.

3. Recognize scans and tables

Straighten and enhance the image if needed. Run Russian, Hebrew or English OCR and correct the text. Check numbers and uncertain words against the original.

For Tables to Excel, review rows and columns, edit cells and save. If the structure is unclear, paste rows manually. Complex layouts and merged cells require review.

4. Review translations and changes

Compare the original with the translation, correct the text and save PDF or Word. Review names, dates and amounts. Speech transcripts also remain editable before saving.

Compare a version with the original to inspect text, numbers and highlighted visual changes. Review every page. Restore a version to return to its content while retaining history.

5. Set a rule once

Choose the actions and a manual, folder or scheduled trigger. Preview a rule with test files, then enable it.

Rules, synchronization and reminders run while DOC369 is open. Confirm document facts used in reports. After an error, check the log and partial outputs before retrying.

6. Process email files

Import a test EML/MBOX file, find messages and save attachments first. Photos are copied without recompression. Review the message list and exclusions before archiving or moving to trash.

Real Gmail/Outlook accounts require a separate owner instruction and OAuth configuration. No real mailboxes have been connected. Unsubscribe links do not cancel paid subscriptions.

7. Back up and restore

Create an encrypted backup in Settings with a separate password of at least 12 characters. Store it separately. A forgotten backup password cannot be recovered. Restored rules remain disabled until reviewed.

Create a separate login recovery code. To synchronize through a shared folder, use the same workspace code and password on both devices; review conflicts.

8. Use one server from Windows and the web

If your own HTTPS DOC369 server is deployed, select Computer or DOC369 server at Windows sign-in and enter its origin. Use the same account in the browser. Local documents are not uploaded automatically.

Public hosting, commercial cloud plans and payments are not connected yet. A separate requirement status file records implementation, evidence and remaining work.
